VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
All Volunteer slots are 2.5 hours, but you can sign up for more if you see more than one activity you’d like to participate in! All Volunteers who sign up for two or more volunteer shifts will receive a voucher for a free meal from any of the food trucks at the festival! Vouchers will be distributed upon completion of 2 shifts.

Let There Be Rock School
Performance Time: 3:00 – 4:30 PM
Let There Be Rock School, here in Gainesville, is super excited to have a few of our student bands come out and play for the 1st Annual Arts Council Oktoberfest! We’ll have bands of all ages perform some of their favorite songs to get the party started!

Alpenfest Musiker German Music
Performance Time: 4:30 – 5:30 PM
Performing German music to the crowd’s delight!

The King Daddy Polecats
Performance Time: 5:30 – 7:30 PM
Two parts rockabilly, a beer mug full of honky-tonk, and a few dashes of both blues and swing for the right amount of flavor – Gainesville favorites The King Daddy Polecats are sure to get any crowd on their feet!

The Jonathan Moody Band

Jonathan Moody has made his passion his vocation, sharing his unique blend of Americana, folk, pop and country classic with people across the country.
Jonathan Moody Band
Jonathan Moody is the type of entertainer whose charming personality and lifelong passion for music and performance accompany him on every stage. The fun-loving musician has been making a national name for himself, booking over 150 shows annually, opening for legendary artists such as Vince Gill and Mark Chestnutt, and gracing prominent stages like the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville, TN. An in-demand artist in the corporate and private event industry, Jonathan is a dedicated singer-songwriter in his own right. His recent release of original song “Mountain is Calling” is a love letter to the cities he holds near to his heart and the people he has met along the way. Jonathan Moody has made his passion his vocation, sharing his unique blend of Americana, folk, pop and country classic with people across the country.
