About the Class:
Step into a world of tranquility and mindfulness as we come together for our second Wellness Wednesday Yoga Series  – weekly serene and empowering yoga classes dedicated to raising funds for brain cancer research. By participating, you can make a positive impact in the fight against this deadly disease while nurturing your mind, body, and soul.

Led by our experienced and compassionate CEO & yoga instructor, Becky Martin (E-RYT 200), this class is open to all levels of practitioners, ages 13 years and older. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a beginner, you’ll find joy and peace in this shared experience of wellness and giving back.

The Cause:
All proceeds from “Wellness Wednesday” will directly support the Knox Martin Foundation for Brain Cancer Research, a local 501c3 nonprofit organization focused on advancing brain cancer research and finding better treatments for patients. Your participation in this event will help bring hope and healing to those battling this devastating disease.

What to Expect:
🧘‍♂️ Guided Yoga Flow: Immerse yourself in a soothing yoga flow that unites breath and movement, fostering a sense of inner calm and balance.

🌳 Scenic Surroundings: Experience the serenity of nature as you practice on the lush green lawn, connecting with the beauty of the outdoors.

🌅 Sunset Meditation: Embrace the tranquility of the setting sun during a meditative moment, allowing for introspection and renewal.

🍵 Refreshments & Community: After the class, enjoy dinner and refreshments at downtown venues while mingling with fellow participants, building a sense of community.

What to Bring:
● Yoga Mat: Please bring your yoga mat or a comfortable blanket for your practice.
● Water Bottle: Stay hydrated during the class with your water bottle by your side.
● Weather-Appropriate Attire: Dress comfortably and consider dressing in layers so you’re
prepared for heat or a breeze.
● Smart Phone: Please bring your cell phone for quick and easy digital access to liability
waiver and $10 donation to brain cancer research via QR code or cash.
